Terms & Conditions for 7fbd Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7fbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7fbd online gaming and sports betting platform available at 7fbd.app and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the 7fbd platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 below.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 7fbd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 7fbd maintains a strict 18+ policy and complies with international standards for age verification in online gaming environments. Players aged under 18 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that would render this agreement unenforceable, you are not eligible to use 7fbd.
• Personal use: You are accessing the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party purpose.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through the 7fbd responsible gaming tools or through any recognised national self-exclusion scheme applicable to your situation.

Age Verification

7fbd performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing the first withdrawal from any account. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued in the account holder's name. Where 7fbd has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under 18 years of age, the platform reserves the right to restrict account access and request verification documents at any stage — including before deposits are credited to the playable balance.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by a minor will be refunded to the originating payment method. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be voided in full.

3. Account Registration & Security

Account Accuracy

If your personal information changes after registration — including a change of mobile number or registered address — you must update your account details promptly by contacting [email protected].

One Account Rule

Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on the 7fbd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7fbd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and void any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate registrations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7fbd will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected]. 7fbd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and debit cards issued by BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the 7fbd platform.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 7fbd wallet within three minutes of confirmation. Bank card deposits may take up to one business day depending on the issuing bank.
• 7fbd does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits made in error — including duplicate deposits — must be reported to support within 24 hours. 7fbd will investigate and, where confirmed, credit or reverse the excess as appropriate.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in your account balance.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests received before 18:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests received after this time are processed the following business day.
• 7fbd reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the transaction amount is unusually large relative to account history.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements attached to the withdrawable balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7fbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×20 means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal can be made). The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are listed in the promotion-specific terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 7fbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of platform use.
• Money laundering: Using the 7fbd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 7fbd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and anti-money-laundering regulators.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live games, or otherwise subvert the fairness of any 7fbd product.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not facilitated by the standard user interface.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Exploiting differences in odds across platforms or using the 7fbd platform as one leg of a risk-free matched betting strategy is prohibited.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account with any third party, or allowing a third party to place wagers or claim bonuses on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting 7fbd support. Unjustified chargebacks constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in the account balance being withheld pending resolution.
• Abusive behaviour: Using offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards 7fbd support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7fbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Suspension Procedure

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the account holder will be notified by email and invited to provide information that may assist the review. The investigation period will not exceed 30 days from the date of suspension. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and access to the account balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be withheld in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 7fbd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure request, 7fbd will confirm that no active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to the account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Voluntary closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion are processed within 1 hour and are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7fbd and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 7fbd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Loss of data, including betting history, account information, or transaction records, resulting from events outside 7fbd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider.
• Any loss or damage caused by a third party gaining unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

Where 7fbd is found liable under any cause of action, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If any provision of this limitation clause is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7fbd platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and the overall platform architecture — is the intellectual property of 7fbd or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 7fbd content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
